Baking tasty and beautiful isn’t complicated. No, honestly. I’ve been there before, and I know how it feels like to be stuck with a recipe… But if you understand the baking basics and a few small tips you’ll be able to bake more than 90% of all baking recipes that exist! The only thing you need is a little help, and you will soon be able to bake almost everything!

 

More than 6 years ago, I decided to buy a little house in the swedish countryside and make my dream come true: open my own coffeehouse!

I couldn’t bake anything when I started, and I remember spending long days from early morning to late at night to master each recipe… I was alone in my kitchen, without knowing anything about baking and I have to say, I was still doing fine. I mean, it was not too bad… But I remember questioning myself about yeasting process, measuring ingredients with cups and spoons or metric weight, and the anxiety that came with hoping my baked goods will come out of the oven as planned. I wish a knew a little bit more about baking when I got started… Well, I kept practising and I’ve therefore been making the following recipes at our coffeehouse almost everyday since 2013 and today, I can tell you one thing: our recipes work great! Finally!

 

From an (ex)beginner to beginners: Many of my employees had no previous experience from baking and yet this technique was easily assessed by them, because I clearly remember how it is to be a beginner, and that’s why I can easily explain how to bake each of our recipe, even if you don’t have any baking skills.That is the reason I have created these online courses. In step-by-step video tutorials, I will guide you through 10 baking videos. The same ones that my customers enjoyed so much!
