How to make creamy Cauliflower Soup (without cream!)

A delicious and creamy vegetable soup without any cream. Simple, cheap and so tasty!

Soup is a part of our menu at our coffee place, and it has always been popular, especially during Autumn and Winter.

Our soups are always a good alternative for those who don’t eat meat or fish, but also lactose products.


One of our most popular soups is the Cauliflower Soup.

We have been making this soup for years. It’s simple to make, tasty and healthy!

Our customers definitely love it, and can’t actually believe that there is no cream in the list of ingredients…

And the recipe is as simple as can be!

That’s why I would like to share it with you.




-2 cauliflowers (medium size)

-4 potatoes (medium size)

-1,5 liters water

-1/2tsp Black Peppar

-1tsp Salt


Cooking Time & Temperature:

Approx. 30 minutes – Between Low and medium stove


Let’s go!


1. Throw your vegetables and 1,5 liters water into a big pot
2. Simmer 30 minutes then add salt and peppar
2. Taste it. Blend it. And that’s it!
